Maria is an experienced senior leader and advisor with a strong track record in turning strategy into action, leading transformation and developing leaders and teams in complex international organisations.
She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at VP and Corporate VP level within the life science industry, with responsibility for large global organisations, transformation and organisational development.

Today, Maria is Co-Founder and Partner in Unite Consulting, where she supports leaders and organisations in creating clarity, alignment and stronger execution. She is a certified coach and Insights Discovery practitioner and has completed executive programmes at INSEAD within strategy execution and organisational culture.
Maria collaborates with Banff People on leadership and organisational development, combining experiential learning and simulations with reflection and practical application. Her focus is on helping leaders translate what they experience into concrete insights, leadership behaviours and actions that can be applied directly in their own organisation.
