Shakeel is an experienced senior leader and advisor with a strong track record in strategy execution, organisational development and building high performing teams in complex international organisations.

He brings more than 10 years of senior leadership experience within the life science industry, leading across borders, implementing strategy and driving measurable improvements in performance and ways of working.
Today, Shakeel is Co-Founder and Partner in Unite Consulting, where he supports leaders and organisations in strengthening collaboration, execution and organisational effectiveness. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an experienced practitioner of Insights Discovery, with a strong focus on human behaviour, leadership and sustainable performance.

Shakeel collaborates with Banff People on leadership and organisational development, combining experiential learning and simulations with reflection and practical application. His focus is on helping leaders translate what they experience into clearer choices, stronger collaboration and concrete actions that can be applied directly in their own organisation.
