The main purpose of the trip was to design and ensure buy-in for the company’s new strategy.
In addition, the goal was to strengthen team spirit and reward employees for an outstanding performance. We solved the task as follows:
Day 1: Departure & Strategy Day
– Morning flight + transfer to Lake Como
– Lunch with a view over the lake
– Strategy workshop onboard a chartered boat. The unique and inspiring setting contributed to a strong process where all employees participated actively
– While the work was taking place onboard, the group was transported by boat to their hotel, where their luggage had already been delivered
– After some relaxation at the hotel, we headed into town for a delicious Italian dinner
Day 2: Surprise, Collaboration, and Team Spirit
– Morning yoga by the lakeside
– SURPRISE: We had chartered helicopters to fly the group to a small mountain hut, where Lars Tvede was waiting with an inspiring talk about the future and creativity, followed by reflections on the conclusions from the previous day’s strategy work
– After lunch, it was time for a tailored adventure challenge, where the participants, in teams, had to make their way down the mountain by solving various communication and collaboration tasks
– We arrived at a small, authentic restaurant, where – using the experiences from the adventure challenge – we facilitated a session on teamwork and team spirit
– As several participants had pushed their limits and challenged themselves more than expected, the mood was sky-high...
– We ended the day with a delicious dinner and well-earned relaxation after a long and eventful day
Day 3: Leisure and Indulgence (Optional Activities)
– Morning yoga by the lakeside
– Optional activities: Mountain biking, kayaking, climbing, and rafting
– The evening was spent in a lakeside pavilion with dinner and a DJ playing into the late hours
Day 4: Return Travel
– After breakfast, the group returned to Denmark
