The task was to organize a cozy/exciting/challenging activity day for the company’s employees and their partners, offering something for every taste. The shared experience during the day was meant to generate positive energy ahead of the big summer dinner and party in the evening. We approached the task as follows:

The day began with participants being picked up by buses from various locations across the country. Upon arrival at the castle, a picnic was served in the beautiful castle park, after which participants headed out to the activities they had registered for in advance. Each participant had the opportunity to take part in two of the following activities:
Mountain biking
Land Rover driving
Adventure race with varying difficulty levels
Clay pigeon shooting
Beginner’s golf
Viking ship sailing
Painting workshop
Guided castle tours
Fly-high zipline

At the center of it all, we had set up a cozy lounge area where participants could relax and enjoy refreshments throughout the day. After 4–5 hours of fun and togetherness, a welcome drink was served before the festive dinner in the castle’s banquet hall. During dinner, a slideshow of highlights from the day’s activities was shown. The party continued late into the night and ended with an overnight hotel stay before returning home the next morning.
