Taormina, located on the beautiful island of Sicily, is known for its breathtaking views, rich cultural history, and charming atmosphere. This historic town provided the perfect setting for a fantastic corporate event, where we had the pleasure of welcoming a company and their approximately 220 employees from around the world to an extraordinary experience.

For most participants, the adventure began with departure from Copenhagen Airport, followed by a bus ride to the hotel. Upon arrival, they were greeted by live Sicilian music and standing food, with a magnificent view over Taormina, creating a warm and festive welcome.

The following days were filled with inspiring conferences and optional activities that allowed employees to explore the many facets of Sicily. The activities included a trip to Mount Etna, an Italian cooking class, kayaking, river rafting, wine tasting, and much more. This variety ensured that there was something for every taste and interest.

One of the trip’s absolute highlights was a dinner at the iconic Godfather house, which we transformed into a unique venue for the evening. Here, participants were treated to live opera singers and exquisite Italian food, creating an unforgettable night in true Sicilian style.

We also rented all the vintage Fiat 500s on the island – a total of 36 cars – which formed the backdrop for an exciting team-building activity. This activity combined professional sessions in the picturesque town of Castelmola with discovery tours in Taormina, where participants had to perform exercises and find hidden historical clues from the town. This fostered both collaboration and a competitive spirit among the employees.

The culmination of the event was a grand "White Night Party," where participants danced the night away in white clothing under the starry Sicilian sky. The evening featured music, dancing, and unforgettable moments, truly marking the perfect end to an amazing trip.
