Jan is Banff’s strategic brain and the one who ensures “oil in the gears” of Banff’s internal machinery. Jan holds a degree in Economics (Cand.oecon.) and began his career as a Product Manager at Carlsberg A/S. In 1999, he co-founded Banff People, where he served as CEO until 2006.

Since then, he has been involved in several start-ups and has worked extensively with networks and leadership development (outside of Banff) in roles such as coach, sparring partner, mediator, and consultant.

As of autumn 2018, Jan is back at Banff, focusing primarily on client relations, strategy, and business development.
