Synne is a trained school teacher and also holds a degree in solution-focused approach (LØFT). Additionally, she is a certified ICF, CCF Coach. As a consultant, Synne has worked with experiential/active learning for the past 20 years, collaborating with organizations such as Novo Nordisk, TDC, COOP, and Egedal Municipality.
