Richard holds a Master’s degree in Management Development. In addition, he has specialized in outdoor learning from Wales and is a certified coach in positive psychology. He moved to Denmark in 2003 and runs the consultancy enrich.dk. Richard has collaborated with Banff for 20 years.

Today, he is a leading consultant in Denmark and abroad within the field of experiential learning (learning through experience), and he primarily (though not exclusively) works with large international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank.
