Leadership Training
Our leadership development programs are aimed at all leaders – from the very new to the highly experienced. We base our approach on each individual’s competencies and experience, and we do not impose a fixed leadership style or role.
Banff Leadership Programme:
Back in 2008, we launched the Banff Leadership Programme (BLP) for the first time – comprehensive leadership program in three modules, where we brought the latest leadership theories into play, supported by experiential learning in nature, out in nature. Over time, we have refined and enhanced the content, drawing significant inspiration from regenerative and sustainable practices, where we focus on both human balance and the critical ability to navigate a complex world – as leaders and as human beings.
BLP still consists of three modules: Personal Leadership, The Excellent Team, and Strategic Understanding. BLP is tailored to each company’s DNA, strategy, and goals. You can read more about our BLP, its three modules, and focus areas here.
Banff leadership programme
Personal Leadership
Module 1 is Personal Leadership. This module focuses on how you can strengthen your own foundation.
The Excellent Team
Module 2 is The Excellent Team. In this course, you will be equipped to lead the excellent team through, among other things, practical leadership exercises.
Strategic Understanding
Module 3 is Strategic Understanding. There is great value in involving your employees’ skills in the strategy development process.
Talent programs
In addition to our Banff Leadership Programme, we also offer the Talent Program. Send a clear signal to your employees that they are appreciated and valued, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging.
